I suppose there's a dupe out there for Salon Perfect Cosmic Dust. I think it's a little known polish from China Glaze called Fairy Dust. I wouldn't know, tho, as I don't own Fairy Dust. Maybe it's the principle of it now, but I prefer Cosmic Dust for the simple fact that I own it. I don't think I need them both! This scattered holo is definitely a topper and not worn on it's own. I wore it over China Glaze Well Trained. Pictured is one coat of Cosmic Dust over Well Trained - see how well to covers? The sparkle is super pretty in the sunlight, as well, but it REALLY adds depth when in indirect light.

It just looks.... amazing, doesn't it? Especially over this deep color. I'm not sure how I'd feel about this topper over lighter colors, but who knows. It could be amazing :) Do you have this polish?
