I was recently offered the opportunity through Brandbacker to try out the #liquidadvantage with SBR Nutrition! They provided samples of three liquid supplements for to try out - and I've been sampling for a week.


METHYLCOBALAMIN – Each serving contains 3,000mcg of Methylcobalamin B12, which is known to be the best source of Vitamin B12. Methylcobalamin B12 helps to provide a sustained energy boost along with supporting a healthy nervous system.
THE LIQUID ADVANTAGE – Aside from being easier to consume, liquid drops may also have a comparatively higher absorption rate when compared to supplements in solid form. Combining high quality ingredients with a higher absorption rate is what we like to refer to as the “Liquid Advantage.”
NATURAL INGREDIENTS – Non-GMO, vegan/vegetarian friendly. Natural cherry flavoring with NO gluten, soy, sugar, milk, yeast, salt, or wheat. No unnecessary fillers are used.

My Thoughts... The flavor is great! Be aware that the color of this liquid supplement is red, and it could stain if you drop it on your clothes or towels or what have you. I have noticed a boost in my energy when I take this supplement. I am assuming with prolonged use, my energy level will continue to climb.

My thoughts... I do take Biotin regularly in pill form, so I decided to forego the pills for a few weeks and use the liquid form. It didn't disappoint! My nails are still strong and healthy, and the taste of this one is like cake icing! So, really, the liquid version is better :)

My thoughts... OK, this one is supposed to reduce stress.... and boy does it! I can't take this one in the morning anymore - because it relaxes me so much it makes me drowsy! This is part of my nighttime routine now, and I am getting some of the deepest sleep I've ever had. Both my husband and I have had rough goes of it sleeping lately, and we've assumed it's been our mattress, that we desperately need a new one. But maybe, just maybe, this is my answer!
