A unique new finish for Zoya! This finish, a satin, is a first for Zoya, and these are the first 6 polishes released. To me, the finish is sort of... odd. I don't know. It gives almost a ceramic-like vibe. It's not totally shiny, and it's not completely matte. To me, it really does look ceramic. That's the best way I can describe it. Check out more swatches after the cut!
Let's start with Brittany, a rosy pink color. I had some issues with Brittany and dragging, but it ended up leveling out with a third very thin coat. The formula is a tad thick, but not so thick that I had trouble using it.
I think Ana maybe the prettiest shade in the bunch - a toasted almond color that is the perfect palette cleanser for your nails! This neutral is definitely one of my favorites.I had no issues with this polish, formula was nice and it leveled itself really well.
Leah's got a lot of lavender in her, but she's technically categorized as taupe. I like this color, and I'm not sure I have anything like it in my collection. I can see it being used for nail art. I didn't have a lot of trouble with this one... just some slight leveling issues.
Ahh, Sage. Of all 6 of these, Sage is the one I had the most trouble with. I had to apply it twice. The formula on this one is considerably thinner than the rest, and my cuticles kept flooding. Once I got that under control, thinner than thin coats worked haha
The grey of Tove is just amazing in this finish! This shade is classic and timeless, and with this satin finish, it just amazing in my opinion. I had no issues with this polish, formula was good and it went on like butter.
This one, Rowan, I'm still not sure how I feel about it. One one hand it's pretty, on the other hand it's just.... not. hahah! I may just need to get used to it. I didn't have any issues with the formula, and it applied nicely.
Will you be picking any of them up? You can order these as a set of 6 for $54 on the Zoya website or individually priced at $9.
