Barielle Mirror Mirror collection swatches and review

I've got a supremely pretty new collection from Barielle to show you right now - The Mirror Mirror collection! This is a collection of 5 creams that perfectly compliment each other! I like each and every one of these polishes (some more than others haha!), and I think this collection is very well rounded.

I've taken a lot of pictures of this collection. You'll notice four photos for each color - sunlight, shade, indoors with natural light and indoors with flash (in that order, as if you are reading a book). I've done this for several reasons. I want to provide a wide variety of lighting options for you to see how the polish looks.

The surprise favorite of this collection for me is Silk Stockings, a creamy dreamy tan shade. I used 2 coats here, and they were flawless. It's just brown enough to not give me mannequin hands, and it will be great in nail art!

When you're talking blues, Pretty Woman is a fab shade! The formula is on the thick side, and pictured is 1 coat. If you aren't careful, this could pose problems. But if you take it nice and slow, and don't overdo it, you'll have no problems.

Blushing Beauty is a bright red creme, and it's fabulous. I used 2 coats for what's pictured. It's got a juicy quality to it, but it's not jelly-like at all.

This prettiness is Ribbon & Lace, a dusty teal. Pictured is 2 coats, and they are thin. This one might've been good in one coat, but my first coat was too thin for that. A medium to thick coat would make this great in 1 coat.

Finally, there's Feathered Slippers, a grey creme. This is another that is good in 1 coat. The formula is a tad thick, and you can see on my pointer and middle finger where, at the tips, something weird happened. I'm not entirely sure what happened. I have since filed and reshaped these nails, so I'm not sure if it could've been a flaw in my nails or not.

See anything you like? I think all of these are great, and as a set, they are nice. Barielle polishes can be purchased from the website and is priced at $25 for the set of 5 polishes. They are 5-free, and Barielle does not test on animals.
