Another Dr.'s Remedy Hot Hot Hot Summer 2011 shade is featured today - LOVELY Lavender. I used this as my mani for Purple Nails for Caylee day. A bunch of my blogger and polish friends participated in this awareness day for little Caylee Anthony, and this was the perfect shade to use :)

LOVELY Lavender is a gorgeous dusty-ish pale purple creme. I'm more of a creme finish gal. Application was so smooth, and I could have gotten away with only one coat. I used two out of habit. hehe Here are some lightbox pictures. They put me in mind of Zoya Kelly, but I don't own that polish to compare. There are definitely some grey undertones here:

Isn't it crazy how lighting plays such a HUGE role in what a nail color looks like? That's why I try to take as many different lighting shots as I can.
