Today I have one of my most favorite glitters - China Glaze's Dorothy Who? This beautiful polish is a bright medium blue with a jelly base, packed with glitter. Stunningly shiny and super glittery! The application of Dorothy Who? is smooth. Two coats to perfect opaque perfection. I used a base of China Glaze Strong Adhesion and and top of Poshe.
