Hello fellow polish lovers! One this Franken Friday I have another of my creations - a glitter topper called Lapis Lazuli! For those of you who watch The Vampire Diaries, you know that Lapis Lazuli is the cool blue stone used in the rings, pendants and other jewelry worn by vampires to keep them safe from the sun's rays. Here's a photo of the ring on Stefan's hand:

Pretty blue huh? Well, one day I was at Joann's when I spied from Martha Stewart glitters. The frankener in me was ecstatic - but the vials were HUGE and there were a ton of them. But then I saw an awesome blue glitter called Lapis Lazuli - and that was all she wrote :)
For this polish I used Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Set the Stage, which has large hex and small round gold glitter in a clear base, and added the beautiful Lapis Lazuli glitter to it. Not just added - smothered would be more like it. I have been thinking about adding some blue hex glitter to it...if I can find some. Anyone have an idea of a good hex glitter that doesn't bleed?
For the photos I decided to offer a variety of different looks. My pointer finger is Lapis Lazuli alone, my middle finger it's layered over OPI Dating a Royal, my ring finger it's layered over WnW Black Creme, and my pinky it's layered over Pure Ice SuperStar.

I'm so pleased with this franken! I think it may be my favorite of all I've created :) I do have one more made for my Vampire Diaries collection (but I'm tweaking it), and who knows. I may remake some I've already done hahaha So what do you guys think? I have any frankening ideas you think I should try?
**DISCLAIMER** I was not paid for this review by anyone. I either purchased these polishes myself or were given gifts as friends because I could not find the particular shade I wanted myself. I am not a professional nail tech, nor do I want to be. I'm just someone who enjoys polishing my own nails :)
