Taking a break from the China Glaze Eye Candy Glitters to bring you Franken Friday with another from my lovely friend Erika at Polish Fixation! This one is a gorgeous layering polish that she named after me - Sparkling Pingleberry.
Here is the sparkly, flaky goodness over my all-time favorite polish I'm Not Really A Waitress. Sorry the picture isn't all that great hahah Small bottle, hands that jerk when the weather gets colder, no sunlight? Makes for bad pictures :/

The darker color underneath really makes the sparkles pop! Next I might try it over black...
