The one with Zoya Lotus!

Ahhh Zoya. How you lure me in with your velvety smooth formula and your awesome colors! The newest Zoya collection, True, is no exception.  Today I have for you the lovely Lotus, described on Zoya's website as "a very soft, dusty blue-toned amethyst purple with colorful shimmer that reflects pink, red and gold. A dreamy smoky shade for purple lovers that looks both soft and luminous."

My assessment? I'm not a pink person. I don't wear pink a lot, if I can avoid it hahaha. This polish has a mild pink flash to the shimmer that does not overtake the polish. I love the dustiness of this polish. It's not too vivid or bright and is very understated and...regal, I think. The formula, as always with Zoya polishes, is fabulous. Opaque in two coats, the polish goes on like butter. I used two coats of the polish for the photos below.

You can see the pink flash on the nail (and in the bottle) in several of the photos. I like it because it wasn't overwhelming, in-your-face flash. In my experience, you can't go wrong with Zoya polishes. The formula is amazing and goes on like a dream.

The True collection is available for pre-order on Zoya's website right now. They retail for $8 per bottle or you can buy the full set of six polishes for $48.
