So where Luxe and Lush failed (for me) Electrify made up! Electrify is a red and yellow glitter, corresponding with District 5 and power. I was able to get two coats to practically opaque. This one just shines for me! It's great in the sun - but is very hard to capture!

The formula wasn't goopy or unmanageble. It was quite the opposite. So easy to apply! And it wasn't hungry much. I mean, it was a little rough, but top coat can take care of that :) So...I have already planned out what my mani is going to be when I go see the Hunger Games in the theatre. Lame or brilliant?
