Can I tell you a secret? I actually really kind of like
Zoya Lara. And it's pink. Shhh! Don't tell anyone! I'm just not a pink girl...but Lara is super pretty! She's what I call a "Barbie pink," which is shades darker than the bubblegum pink of
Shelby. Is it horrible that I want to wear Lara? hahahah Considering I've always said I don't like pinks, I think I might be sick! :)
On
Zoya.com, Lara is described as "Medium magenta-rose pink with subtle yellow undertone and a soft cream finish. A soft shade, but with a candy-like pop of color to ensure that it doesn't look flat." Anything but flat! The formula is rich and buttery...I'm fairly certain if I'd played my cards right, Lara might have been a one coater.

Right? It's incredibly wrong of me, being so anti-pink, that I like this! I can't promise I'll wear it a lot. But I do plan to wear this color. Maybe I should do an experiment and see what people say if I wear this to some type of function. Like one of my son's baseball games. A place where people know I don't like pink...
