I don't know much about matte polish - and I don't usually wear it, but a friend, Kati, sent this to me in one of our swaps. I think it's a gorgeous color of blue! There's no name on the bottle hehe so I'm not entirely sure what to call this. Maybe it's a number? I don't know :)
To me, it sort of looks...textured. Like a sweater or something? haha I dunno :) I didn't bother putting top coat on it because I thought it looked kind of cool. I dunno how I feel about matte polish...I just don't think it's me. What about you guys? Do you like matte polish?
