The base is an orange jellyish finish and the matte glitters are orange and black. I think my problem is white is not a good base for this polish. Next time I'm going to try something else. Like a chocolate brown. Pictured above is two coats over a base of white. The really great thing about this polish is that it's not goopy...but it looks like it should be. Complete conundrum. Now on to the glow!

Is it just me...or does it look like those matte orange glitters are...glowing..? I mean seriously? Doesn't it look like the orange glitters are dotting thru the intense green and glowing themselves!? How amazing is that!! Even if it's a trick of the light, and it's really not glowing...it's still awesome!!
