The one with China Glaze Water You Waiting For and a comparison!

Hello all! :) I have a special treat for you today! :) I was able to get my hands on some of the new China Glaze polishes, the ones inspired by Cirque du Soleil: Worlds Away, a movie slated for a December release. I was able to see these polishes in person back in July at Cosmoprof, and boy was it hard to keep my mouth shut about some of them! One of the ones I was super excited about was the one I'm showing you today - Water You Waiting For, a mix of blue and green glitter packed in a very lightly tinted blue base.

I used two coats for the photos, and the formula was nice...maybe a tad on the thick side? It wasn't enough to make it hard to apply for anything. Just enough to make it easier to maneuver around patchiness actually haha But as I was looking at this polish, both in the bottle and on the nail, I thought it reminded me of another polish. I finally put my finger on it - Dorothy Who? which is one of my fave CGs! :) So I decided to do a little compare :)

They aren't even close! haha I guess the green glitter is way more visible than I thought it was when I was looking at it. You can very clearly see the green glitters poking through on Water You Waiting For.

I just havta say that getting lighting and hand poses set for comparison shots is SO HARD! haha It took me about a billion pictures to get the light to fall right so the difference really stood out. Are comparisons something you guys would like to see more of? Is that something you're interested in? If you guys are, let me know! I would be more than happy to oblige!
