I'm having trouble focusing on make-up, nails and beauty with the shooting at the Connecticut Elementary School still looming in in my mind. I had some posts already set after that occurred, but today just seemed like a lazy day for posting - and I'm sure there are many others who feel the same way. So I'm bringing you something happy today - my puppy! I know you all love him hahah He recently got a haircut! Oh I swear he looks like an entirely new dog!

She even put a little neckerchief on him! Isn't he just the sweetest thing!?!? Loving on him kept me calm on Friday while I was waiting to go get Lucas at school. I was a nervous wreck that day. After today, he only has 3 more days of school until Christmas break. It'll be nice to have him home every day with me. Where I don't have to worry about him.

Today I'm watching my baby niece. She's two months old and named Eliza Mae. She is everyone's favorite :) I love keeping her...and I'm so glad that I have a job where I can keep her, even if it's only one day a week!

My birthday is in less than a week. I wonder how many people will remember? I'm guessing not many. It's so close to Christmas, and with all the hustle and bustle, it just gets lost. I'm kind of used to it.
