Yay for sunny days! This Sunday is totally bright and cheerful! But it's also biting cold, so it's nice to look at, but you can't really spend too much time outside :) So I thought I'd bring you something bright and cheerful - Layla Hologram Effect in Ocean Rush, a beautiful bright blue holo.


I don't like many holos. But I tend to lean toward darker ones (or orange ones!) when I do take a liking to one. Layla has some great holo colors.


 For application, I used the strengthening base from LAColors. Four coats of Ocean Rush later there was minimal bald patches...but still there were some :( I let it sit for a second on my nails to see if anything would help. The bald patches are very slight, very light, so you can't really tell them in the photos.


Ulta had these holos (and a bunch other Laylas) on sale not too long ago. Do you have any of them?
