I received this amazing polish from my friend Erika over at Polish Fixation for my birthday! I have wanted Nails Inc Tate because of the name, mostly. It's a gorgeous color, of course, but I wanted it because of Tate on the first season of American Horror Story! hahah Tate is a blue-toned red crelly; thicker than a jelly, but squisher than a creme. The formula is excellent. Two coats to perfection.

But I'm bringing this color to you today in memory of a dear friend's mother. Amanda at The Nail Polish Enthusiast has invited bloggers to post about her mother's favorite things today - and I chose a red polish because that was her mother's favorite color.
