Zoya PixieDust in Dahlia swatches+review

So I've decided to go back to featuring each polish individually for the Zoya PixieDust collection. I want to feature each polish with and without top coat, and I didn't want to clutter up the longest post in history. Today I'm featuring Dahlia, the black polish in this collection. It kind of reminds me of Storm, from the Ornate Collection...but less holo, more texture-y. Pictured is two coats with no base coat.

The darker PixieDust polishes are much easier to check out texture. I don't know if it's because of the color, or the formula, or the pigmentation. You can see the grittiness a lot better with this one than you can the lighter colors. They feel like sand, really. It's not as annoying as I was expecting :) I tried them all with a thick coat of Seche Vite, too.

It really just looks like a shinier version of Dahlia without top coat hahah What do you guys think Do you have any of these PixieDust polishes? Do you prefer them with or without top coat?
