Wishful Bath & Beauty's FEVERshadow in Rue's Wildflowers swatches+review - PICTURE HEAVY

**PR sample provided by company representative**

I'm just going to tell you upfront. This pigment lasted 10 hours on me. And I'm in love with it. I've lost count, literally, of how many times I've incorporated it into my eye looks over the past two weeks. Heck, I wouldn't be remiss if I said I've pretty much worn in every day. This little pot of awesomeness (and other FEVERshadow pigments) have jumped to the top of my must-have list.

This is Rue's Wildflowers, from the Hunger Games-inspired collection. This pigment is based on the wildflowers that Katniss Everdeen spreads around the body of young Rue. It's a violet color with pink flashes. Of course I'm all about the name, as I am a huge Hunger Games fan (as I sit here, typing this post while wearing my District 12 t-shirt, staring at my very own Mockingjay pin next to my keyboard).

Pictured above is ONE short swipe with a small brush. Just one. These shadows are very pigmented, silky smooth and clay-based, which makes them long-lasting. They are toxin-free and natural...and the claim of long-lasting is most certainly true. These pigments wear on me for 10 hours. Well, I say 10 hours because that's the longest I've worn them. That's when it was time to take off my makeup and go to bed :)

The cut here, is entirely necessary as I have 5 eye looks to show you. Enter at your own risk! All eye looks use the Jesse's Girl eye primer, which I received in a goodie bag at Cosmoprof from Jesse's Girl.

This eye look was very simple - the first one I did. This is the one that convinced me - it lasted 10 hours :)

This one is my favorite! It was so simple :) I used a Sephora eye pencil in a blurple color on my lid and accented my brow, just above the lid with Rue's Wildflowers.

Another Sephora eye pencil for my lid in a goldish bronze color, this one completely filled in on the brow with Rue's Wildflowers.

For this look, I used Rue's Wildflowers on my lid and another FEVERshadow, Effie's Trinket (which was also provided to me from Wishful Bath & Beauty and will be featured at another time) as a 'halo' type effect for the brow :)

And the last eye look for you :) I used the lighest color in the Wet n Wild Knock on Wood palette (which I bought myself) for the lid and filled in Rue's Wildflowers on the brow.

*phew* Lots of eye looks! While I'm not the best, I am getting better! :) I personally like working with these clay-based pigments. They go on more smoothly. ...and the right tools are must. You can purchase Rue's Wildflowers here for $5 for a 3 gram plastic container. Visit Wishful Bath & Beauty and check out all the other pigments, as well as nail polishes!
