Trekking on with the China Glaze Hologlam collection, this afternoon I bring you the deep purple of the collection, called When Stars Collide. I like this one a lot because it is darker, and I enjoy darker holos as opposed to light blues or silvers.

This polish has a stronger rainbow pull, at least to me. I think it's easier to see in darker polishes. However, it's still subtle compared to other holos, and this has been a HUGE deal with a lot of polish lovers. I, for one, enjoy a more subtle holo...but not everyone does. The formula is a little sturdier than a majority of this collection. It wasn't quite as streaky on the first coat.

The Hologlam collection should be popping up this month at fine salons and beauty supply stores nationwide with an SRP of $14. The jump in price is due to the pigment used to make the holo. Do you have your eyes on any of these?
