It's creamy and soft and doesn't pull at my eyelid. It glides on smooth and leaves behind a great base color for a lot of eye looks :) It's almost a mocha color.
I am definitely going to pick up more of these eye shadow pencils soon - they are only $1.50 (and sometimes $1!) at Dollar General. Great price for a great product :)
