A manicure using Ninja Polish Sticks 'n Stones as a topper? No, not me! :)

**press sample**

I do have a certain over-the-top affection for Ninja Polish Sticks 'n Stones. And, well, every black-n-white glitter topper along the way. I pretty much like Sticks 'n Stones over everything. So it should come as no surprise that I love it over neon!

I got my bottle of Sticks 'n Stones at last year's Cosmoprof event in Las Vegas. I even got to meet the Ninja ladies up close and personal (and they are FAB ladies!). We all got goodies bags at a blogger meet-up (tho this year's bags trump last year's! haha I wish I'd been there this year...)

Doesn't the glitter just POP off the neon? I'm a HUGE blue fan, so I always need all the blue polishes :) I decided to do an "opposite mani" for this - not sure if this kind of mani really has a name haha

So what colors are under the glitter? Cosmetic Arts polishes in Yell-Oh! and 220 Volts. Cosmetic Art polishes are made by the same people who make Color Club, so a lot of the colors are the same :) I got these 2 polishes from my adorable friend Krystal over at Polish Galore. With the neon polish, I should have used a white base, but I didn't. I used two coats of the polish, and that's all, so in the photos below you do see VNL.
