I had heard of Different Dimension polishes before, but ha never tried any. I decided to bite the bullet and order some for my "one indie per month" plan hehe I KNEW I had to have Lapis Lazuli because of its tie to the Vampire Diaries :) As my long-term readers know, I made my own TVD frankens. I had a Lapis Lazuli polish - it was a glitter topper! :) But here's DD's Lapiz Lazuli :)
I used a heart decal, which I was sent for review by Sud 'n Stickers, for an accent nail to make it look cool :)
