So.. the rules for this??
1. Paint your nails red.
2. You can do a design and use other colors, but the main color should be red.

I used a base of Wet n Wild Black Creme and topped it with two coats of OPI Gettin' Miss Piggy With It from the original Muppets collection (which holds a special place in my heart). It's sparkly!
Do any of you watch Pretty Little Liars? I'm also reading the books, so sometimes I get confused about what happened on the show and what happened in the book! haha :)
