In it to end it - End It Movement Awareness day!

It's here, it's here! The day when people from all over the world show their support to Shine A Light on Slavery with the End It Movement. I first heard about the End It Movement back in April at the Chicago Vampire Diaries Convention. During the panel with Nathaniel Buzolic, he talked passionately about his involvement in the cause. And since then, I've been researching, reaching out and raising awareness myself. Last year, I held a big giveaway to raise awareness for this cause, and I want to continue to raise awareness! Some who participated submitted manis for the cause.

Today, to help in that cause, several people have submitted their hand, adorned with the red X to be posted here on the blog. This post will never go away. It will always be here, as will EVERYTHING End It-related. This cause needs to be brought to the forefront.

This February 27th, join us and other Freedom Fighters from around the world as we SHINE A LIGHT ON SLAVERY. Draw a RED X on your hand. Tell your world that slavery still exists and YOU WON’T STAND FOR IT. Just use your influence any way you can to help us carry the message of FREEDOM so even more people know. Let’s make this SHINE A LIGHT ON SLAVERY DAY even brighter than ever.

So let's check out all the red Xs! All of these photos (both of bloggers and of people in my every day life!) represent those who want to shine the light on modern day slavery - those who are in it to end it!

Thanks to EVERYONE who took the time to submit their hands, or let me snag them off Facebook! haha This cause is one I'm passionate about - and I won't stop raising awareness. I host giveaways all year long, and I am planning to host another BIG giveaway at the end of the summer! If you'd like to be a part of my future giveaways, or awareness posts, please let me know! :)
