I personally have never experienced any reactions when using any polishes made by Mentality, but many have. If I experienced anything unpleasant with the polish, I would have been transparent and noted it in my review posts.
Hello all! Happy Monday :) I've got a gorgeous blue holo from Mentality to share today - this one is called Gumdrop! I purchased this one with a recent order and love it :)
This polish is one of the Candy Jelly Holos, a collection that has several different polishes in lots of different colors! All the names of these polishes are candy-esque. While I love this polish color, I can't say I'm a fan of gumdrops myself :)
Anyway, back to his polish. I used three thin coats to achieve what is pictured. I don't use any special base with my holos - just a regular old base coat. I do use top coat, and it's just a regular one, too. As my regular readers know, I'm a huge fan of the color blue. This polish is no exception. It's a bright pop of color that really stands out, plus it's got the added bonus of holo! The formula is great. No issues with it. Application was smooth. A pretty strong holo. However, Mentality has recently changed their holo pigment, and I've heard Gumdrop is even better than this now!
