Ranch Oyster Crackers - best snack ever!

Yeah, I just had to share these! These Ranch Oyster crackers are so easy to make! I know there are a lot of recipes that call for baking these, but I never have... and any time they've been made for me, they've never been baked - and only three ingredients!

What you'll need:
  • 1/2 cup of Oil (I use Extra Virgin Olive Oil, but you can use whatever you wish)
  • 1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch dry mix
  • 1 box/bag of oyster crackers

First, put the oyster crackers in a bowl. The bowl needs to be big enough so that you have plenty of room to stir them around. Pour your oil in a measuring cup that's also big enough for you to stir.

Add the dry Ranch mix to the oil and stir. It won't look appetizing. Stir as good as you can, until the dry mix is dissolved into the oil. It will be a bit chunky, and it will be green.

Pour the mixture over the crackers. No rhyme or reason, no special way. I try to pour all over the top of the crackers so that it's easier to mix, but to each their own :)

Then you stir!

And that's it! I put my crackers in an airtight container and let them sit for an hour or two. No need to bake.

Do you all have a snack you make like this?
