I had SUCH high hopes for this palette! I wanted to love it, as I am a huge fan of neutral eyelooks. But this palette left me feeling disappointed. I was so excited that I found it - then my excitement fell away when I tried it.


At first I thought maybe I was doing it wrong - that I had somehow screwed up my eye makeup application. My look only lasted about 2 hours before it started fading and slipping (even with primer). I didn't even bother taking a picture of it. But then, I looked at other reviews and saw a lot of the same thing :/


The colors, on the whole, are not very pigmented and patchy. The saving grace of this palette, in my opinion, is the 'crease' color. It is nicely pigmented and the only one that didn't fade. I suppose the base could be good, but it's so light that one couldn't tell if it faded or not!

Overall I'm disappointed in this palette. I really wanted to like it - I had visions of hitting pan for the first time with this one actually hahaha. But I don't think I'll use it much now. These palette retail for $3.99 each, and can be found in a multitude of places - CVS, Walgreens (where I purchased mine), KMart, WalMart. They are a core item, so you should be able to get them wherever Wet n Wild is sold.
