Get fired up with these red Milani lippies!

It's not a secret that I'm a huge Milani Cosmetics fan. From nail polish to eyeliner, I find myself reaching for their products more than any other. So should it be a surprise that these three red lippies from Milani have started being staples in my routine? I'm always the first to admit that I'm still learning about makeup beyond the basics. But being able to try out new and great things is helping me practice!

First up is my favorite, favorite red lip - Lip Intense Liquid Color in Red Extreme. This lippie uses a wand applicator. The wand is fat, so it's so easy to glide across the lips! I reviewed two other lippies from this line, and while I loved the application, the colors just weren't suited for me like this one is. The shine is amazing! It almost throws a vinyl look at ya after a while. Price on this one is $6.49.

Another wand applicator, Brilliant Shine in Red My Lips is super glossy! It's not as thick as most lippies, but it sure packs a shine; how. However, it is tacky. In my experience, this gloss doesn't last as long, at least on my lips. But I have trouble with glosses staying put on my lips. Before I was a blogger, I didn't realize just how much I lick, bite and move my lips - and that takes a toll. Price on this one is $5.49.

And finally, we've got Power Lip Gloss Stain in Red Control. This one is different because it doesn't have a wand applicator. It's a twist-up! There is a brush at the top of the tube, and you twist the base to force the color up - but BE CAREFUL. One twist too many and you'll have a mess to deal with. It was very easy to glide on the lips, but I still need some practice with placing it on the lips. I've not used a brush much to apply lip stuff - so practice makes perfect! Price on this one is $6.49.

You can purchase these right now on Milani's site, or you can find them in CVS, KMart, or wherever Milani Cosmetics are sold! I typically find mine in CVS.
