Milani has completely revamped their polish and eyeshadow lines - and I've had the opportunity to test out the nail polish! There are so many of them that I decided to break them up into trios and show off some nail art! Today's trio features a look that reminds me of cotton candy - but it's probably just that the colors put me in the mind of cotton candy :)

I used a base of Lady-Like Sheer, a beautiful milky pink, and then I "roped off" two lines with Royal Lacquer VyNails straight line decals. I'm a HUGE Royal Lacquer and VyNails supporter. Anyway. After putting the lines down, I used Bombshell in between the lines and Mint Crush outside the lines. Pulled up the guides and voila!


And the polishes by themselves? Wow I cannot even describe how perfect Lady-Like Sheer is. Shown is three thin coats, and it builds up beautifully. My next stop with this one will be jelly sandwiches.


Now Mint Crush is a stunning mint color, and the formula is good. I had a little issue with it self leveling, but eventually it pulled it off. It was a tad on the thicker side, and two coats is pictured.



Bombshell is a bright bubblegum pink, which really isn't my color, but I do think it looks good with my skintone. The formula on this one was very good, and could have only used one coat, but on my ring finger I hit a snag and ended up using two coats on all nails.



Soooooooooooo, what do you think?  These are part of the core line of Milani makeup, so you can get them anytime (or from the website) - but if you see some you like, maybe you should pick them up? :) I have finally managed to see them in EVERY CVS store I've walked into.... so they should be near you now!
