October ipsy bag! :)

This month's ipsy bag is full of hits and misses. One thing's for sure - I LOVE THE ACTUAL BAG. It's teal and quilted, and I definitely foresee myself using this one for one thing or another! So what was in my bag?

City Color Be Matte Lipstick in Cappuccino: Not really matte. Kinda vinyl maybe? I do like the color!

ECRU New York Acacia Protein BB Cream Beauty Balm for Hair: Haven't really tried this, and I'm kinda iffy about things on my hair. I will try it, tho.

Figs & Rouge Hand Cream: Very thick and kinda smells like feet.

Jesse's Girl Mineralized Baked Shadow Powder: TOTAL hit! I have a bunch of Jesse's Girl products, and I love them all. Anytime I get a Jesse's Girl product in my ipsy bag, I know I'm going to love it :)

Skyn Iceland Mini Glacial Cleansing Cloths: They have Citric Acid in them, so they made my face swell up. Very smelly and lathery.

Below is a picture of the hand cream. You can see how thick it is. It felt heavy and slick on my skin when I rubbed it in my hands. The smell... the only way I can describe it is feet. I didn't like it at all.

Here's the Jesse's Girl shadow! It's such a light, airy purple. I also have a quick arm swatch.

...and here's the lipstick. You can see it doesn't look especially matte. It still has a creaminess to it.

The shadow, lipstick and bag totally make this a hit for me overall. I do intend to use the hair mask at some point, too. Have you joined ipsy? Want to? I highly recommend this service - it's only $10 per month and you get great products! Some of them I probably would never have tried had it not been for ipsy!
