I managed to snag two of the new Sally Hansen Velvet Texture polishes, and one of them, Regal, I've got for you today! This gorgeous blue polish has a slighty textured finish... and it does look like velvet! It was easy to apply, and could be a one-coater if applied correctly. I used two coats. It's very pigmented, and the formula is smooth.


Have you found any of these? I love the slightly waxy texture this one has! I found mine at Goody's, and I've also spotted them in Walgreen's.
