My pores need work. There I said it. I've had large pores my entire life, and there's really not much that can be done but to fill them right? Or could there be something to help them tighten up? I was given the chance to try Tatcha Balanced Pore Perfecting Water Gel Moisturizer, and one of the claims of the product is that it will visibly tighten pores in 28 days.
According to Tatcha's website, this moisturizer is designed to give oil-balancing hydration that is non-irritating, and free of Parabens, Mineral Oil, Synthetic Colors, Synthetic Fragrances, Sulfate Detergents, Urea, DEA, TEA or Phthalates.
Features Japanese Wild Rose, Leopard Lily and Dokudami extracts to balance and clarify skin, while visibly tightening pores in 28 days. A dust of 23k gold imparts an exquisite, shine-free glow.
Check out that shine! That gold shimmer really pops out, but it doesn't translate to the skin. It soaks right in, and leaves no residue. It's smooth and silky, and it spreads so easily across my cheeks that I know my pores are soaking it up. Now over the course of the past month that I've been using this every night before bed, I can't say I visibly see a difference in my pores. I don't see anything different when I look in the mirror. But I feel a difference. I can feel my pores less, I feel that the skin on my cheeks feels tighter. Does that make sense?
