In case you weren't aware, I'm a huge fan of superheroes. All of them, really. While most people hate DC and think Marvel is the end all, be all, I can honestly say I prefer DC haha I always have to be different, right? So when I found out Markwins (the parent company of Wet n Wild, among others) had a Wonder Woman set, I was all over it! However, my market (and by market, I'm talking my own makeup collection) is so saturated that I figured I'd better not go crazy and buy the whole set - so I got the eye palette and a lipstick (there may have been more than 1 lipstick?), and I HAD to find the cute little makeup bag!
The palette is pretty basic on the outside - just a sleek red plastic finish. You open it to find the shadows, plus a nifty cling-type sticker on the mirror. The colors range from neutrals to heavy hitters liked navy and black.
They look really nice! There's a variety of matte and shimmery shades. I'm more into mattes most of the time, but a pop of shimmer here and there is never a bad thing!
Working with the shades themselves is iffy. They aren't as pigmented as I'd like, but this is a novelty palette, so it's not like I paid big bucks for it. I actually have it because it's Wonder Woman, not because I think it's Urban Decay. The shades aren't that bad. With primer they make a pretty decent eyelook.
The lipstick I purchased (and I can't remember if there was only one) is a super pretty red called Heroine. The finish is sort of a vinyl feel, but it's still shinier than other vinyls. I really like the shade, and I've worn in several times since I purchased it. Weartime isn't any amazing amount of time, a few hours, but the color is pretty.
These items may still be out in Walgreens stores, but probably not. I could never find the makeup bag and had to resort to eBay of all places. You might be able to find them on secondary sites like eBay, or perhaps Amazon! Prices will vary depending on the site.
