Are we ready for summer? Over here it's starting to get warmer outside, and I'm ready! I'd love to be able to sit outside, kicked back with a drink and a good book, just lounging around. So you know it's time for all the pretty, bright summer collections - and China Glaze has a new line called the Lite Brites! They are fun and bright, and they've got some neon action going on!

Oh! Oh! Oh! If it's one thing I love, it's lip balm. Even better if it's tinted! So when I heard that Jesse's Girl had released 5 brand spankin' new lip balms, I HAD TO HAVE THEM. I ordered them the day they were released, like immediately. They arrived yesterday, and I tried each of them over the course of the afternoon and night last night. So what do I think?

Even tho I'm a big reader, there are still books I've never heard of... and even after doing this series for a few years, I can still use suggestions.

I seem to have moved away from owning all the makeup palettes haha! I have reduced my collection, and I'm starting to gravitate toward more higher end palettes - so it was a no-brainer that I must have the Too Faced Peanut Butter & Jelly Palette.

Just when I think I've heard all the latest stuff regarding strenghtening nails, Barielle comes out with something new to me - Protect Plus Color, infused with Prosina. Prosina is a hydrolyzed keratin that works to strengthen and moisturize nails, and it's said to help remove free radicals that can damage skin and nails. But where to begin? Barielle sent me 2 shades to try out - and basically what they've done is taken colors from their existing catalog and reformulated them.

Ahhh Spring! It seems it's finally coming around - even tho right now it is kind of cold in the morning where I am. I just froze my little toes off taking the dog out! But with Spring comes soft, delicate polish collections, much like the Zoya Petals collection!

Barielle has thrown their hat into the makeup ring! They gifted me with this gorgeous eye shadow palette, and I've had fun playing with it. The shades are perfect for me, as I tend to lean more neutral for every day wear. I toss in colors on special occasions :)
