A rainbow of Jesse's Girl eyeliners and lipliners

So I failed in my quest. I wanted to do NaNoWriMo and post every day in November. Well, I am writing :) But the posting got to be too much, so I decided to take it easy. But I do have some pretties for you today! I have several eyeliners and lipliners from Jesse's Girl, so I figured I could share them with you today!

Some throwback nail art with Zoya and Vynails!

Here I am finding myself in need of a post today. I'm stuck on my laptop, no access to my photos - and I find this one. Dang, I love these nails. The orange is Zoya Beatrix, and the black is Zoya Dahlia. The spiders are vinyl decals from VyNails by Royal Lacquer - they are my favorite vinyl decals!

My progress on NaNoWriMo

ACK! I almost didn't post today. This is embarrasing. I have NOTHING to post right now. BUT I'm posting something...

My first day of NaNoWriMo! I'm proud to say this is my best first day word count in  the 6 years I've been doing NaNoWriMo! I'm currently a few thousand words behind right now, but I will battle back! I WILL get 50,000 words this month. I will, I will!

Wet n Wild Chambray Showers

Another spring Wet n Wild? Sure haha I sometimes get behind, and well, this is what happens. Chambray Showers is a soft, light blue. It is very pigmented, not sheer at all like yesterday's post!

Wet n Wild Gyp-sea Green

Quick post for today! I'm getting some dental work done this afternoon, and I need to get this posted! haha I hate having dental work done, but pretty nails are always a must, huh? This is Gyp-sea Green, a limited edition shade from Wet n Wild that was available this past spring. I just never posted it!

Pirate nails with Lady Queen!

Getting by just in the nick of time today! haha But it's still counts! I've got some cute little pirate nail decals to show you from Lady Queen - they have a ton of great items for nail art!

November 1-6, 2015 week in review

With NaNoWriMo in full swing, and my pledge to post each and every November day, I may need to fudge a little. Hence today's post is a week in review! No shame, no shame! It's a post! But here's links to my posts from from this past week :)

ORLY Color Blast Crazy Old Maurice

One of my favorite Disney movies is Beauty and the Beast, so you know when ORLY Color Blast put out a BatB collection, I'd have to get some of them!  This is Crazy Old Maurice, a cool minty blue-green.

Dickinson's Original with Witch Hazel products

Dickinson's Witch Hazel Toner and Towelettes

I so need to work on toning up my skin as I'm getting older. I've used Dickinson's Original Witch Hazel Oil Controlling Towelettes before, and I really liked them. So, I'm going to give them another go! And I'm going to pair them with the Pore Perfecting Toner. I have some big pores, so we're going to try it!

My Halloween nails with Julie G and Lady Queen!

I think red and black (and maybe blue) are the worst polishes to clean up around your cuticles. So OF COURSE red and black are the colors I chose for my Halloween mani! I was watching the Scream trilogy that day, and I just happened to have received a Ghostface charm from Lady Queen. They have a lot of great nail art stuff there!

BFTE Cosmetics swatches

So far I'm off to a good start for November - I've pledged to post every day this month! This along with doing 50,00 words for NaNoWriMo... am I insane? Today's post features a few things from BFTE Cosmetics, a great indie cosmetics company! Kimberly donated to my annual End It Movement Awareness giveaway, and she included these samples for me!

ColourPop eye shadow in Snap Dragon and Shark Attack

I used to be in a book swap group, and it was really neat! One of the things I got in my swap package a few months ago was two ColourPop eye shadows! I'd never tried the brand before, and I was super stoked to try them out. I was given Snap Dragon and Shark Attack,

Halloween nail art with VyNails from Royal Lacquer

I hope everyone who celebrates had a Happy Halloween yesterday! And if you don't, well, I hope you had a fabulous Saturday! I've made a pledge to blog every day in November, so here goes! Today's post features some cute Halloween nail art using VyNails by Royal Lacquer! VyNails are by far my favorite vinyl decals, and I have several different kinds. I've been showcasing some of these designs on my Instagram, so I figured it was time for a post.
